Valley Heart – TC Beirne Building Duncan Street Car Park
DMC Projects was appointed to provide Development and Project Management services to the TC Beirne & Co project as part of its ongoing investment and management of the project with AsheMorgan.
The rejuvenation of the TC Beirne Building being a State listed Heritage Building containing 15,000m2 of NLA focussed on returning the fabric of this important structure to a multipurpose mixed-use asset. This has involved the leasing of 8,000m2 to the State Government for their Co-working Start-Up Hub called The Precinct along with other pre-commitments achieved in taking the building to a fully leased status.
The retail refurbishment saw the integration of food and beverage tenancies along with complimentary service providers. The DMC Projects team has provided a complete development and project management function for the refurbishment in delivering the base building works, integrated tenant works and State Government sub tenant fit outs. Refurbishments were undertaken in conjunction with new leasing deals for the Car Park and commercial building tenancies adjoining the car park structure.
