Ivy & Eve Residential Apartments
DMC Projects was commissioned to provide Project Management services in relation to the development of a large residential apartment complex in South Brisbane.
The project known as Ivy and Eve on Merivale Street contains 468 – 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in a prime location with expansive views over the Brisbane CBD skyline. Our role as Project Manager and contract Superintendent for the joint venture consortium who are developing the project sees DMC Projects monitor the principal contractor Hutchinson Builders in their delivery of the construction.
The project included the excavation of a 5-level basement and 30 stories of apartments incorporating a 5-story podium. DMC Projects has been commissioned on this development from the commencement of the project to negotiate the contract, finalise documentation, monitor construction activities on site and ensure the programme and budget is adhered to.
