AM Alpha, a Singaporean and European based asset owner, required a local project management firm that it could rely on to deliver this project during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to COVID-19 no company representatives could visit the site throughout the design, tender or construction phases of the project.
DMC Projects were appointed to manage the refurbishment of this existing commercial asset, which involved the removal of all Aluminium Composite Panels from the building façade, along with a full refurbishment of the building’s exterior, entrance ways, ground level foyer and EOT facilities, all whilst operating in a live commercial office environment. Several refurbishment schemes from both local and interstate architects were considered, with KPDO from Melbourne being selected as the lead architectural and interiors firm. DMC Projects handled this project from concept to completion through the appointment of initial consultants, construction delivery, defecting and handover of the project.
